SkyRider teams personally engineer, construct, install, and configure custom network in-house; with certified wireless and terrestrial network architects and engineers on staff to ensure system stability. After installation, we educate and prepare clients for their newly implemented systems and applications. We then operate and maintain the system, monitoring 24 hours a day and quickly dispatching support technicians as needed.

The FCC’s E-Rate program makes telecommunications and information services more affordable for schools and libraries. With funding from the Universal Service Fund, E-Rate provides discounts for telecommunications, internet access, and internal connections to eligible School Districts and Library Systems. SkyRider has been involved in the E-Rate process since its inception, and fully complies with Local, State, and Federal policies including an agreement to fully cooperate with Audit Support and Ten Year Document Retention Requirements.
